Canning Fool!

How about some homemade pasta sauce? Who knew it took so much time to make it!?! I've taken the canning adventure and had a lot of fun boiling and pickling veggies. I made pasta sauce (with tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots), corn relish, bread and butter pickles and sweet cucumber relish. Very tasty goodness indeed! I'd like to make some jams, hopefully I can find a good deal on fruit somewhere this week.
