I am a Yoga Teacher, a certified Reiki Master and an Essential Oils Specialist. I am here to guide you on your path to living wild + well!

+ I have taken college classes in Aromatherapy and Ayurveda and am certified in AromaTouch Technique {massage with essential oils}. I am empowered by learning how essential oils can benefit our health and wellness and am dedicated to sharing what I learn with you.

+ Since January 2015 I have been working on a bucket list item - taking a Yoga class in every state! I've completed 48 states, so far {Michigan and Ohio - I'm coming!}.

+ When not nourishing my body with Reiki and essential oils and connecting with my spirit through yoga, I am fueling my inner passion fire with Travel! I love road trips around the U.S., long weekends in Europe, and escapes to Hawaii and Mexico. Have Oils, Will Travel!
