Dave has transplanted agapanthas, next to the stairs, from our neighbor's garden. They're beginning to thrive in their new, sunny home. The lavender bushes we planted last September and they remained pretty inactive over the winter. Now they're starting to bloom and the bees are loving it. The lemon tree, a wedding gift from our neighbors, was planted last fall, too. It has doubled in size since! Every time I see it I sing Lemon Tree by Peter, Paul and Mary in my head (which I have included below, for your listening pleasure)!
