Easy Skillet Lamb Shoulder Blade Chops

Total Time: 40-45 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 Lamb Shoulder Blade Chops {8-10 ounces each}
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Warm Water
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove, peeled and pressed {or chopped finely}
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Salt, to taste
Prepare
- Lightly salt each side of lamb chops.
- In a large skillet brown lamb chops on each side in olive oil.
- Add all remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
- Cover skillet, reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes until meat reaches desired done-ness {145 degrees for Medium, 165 for Well}.
- Serve immediately. {Wonderful with seasoned rice or fluffy mashed potatoes and peas.}
